What you will do

• Source and engage candidates for Product & Engineering roles across multiple teams and skill sets.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality technical candidates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities.
• Conduct initial candidate screens or pre-qualification conversations to assess alignment and readiness.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline health using data and metrics to inform ongoing efforts.

Requirements

• Experienced in recruiting or sourcing, ideally supporting technical roles in Product, Engineering, or related functions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple sourcing efforts simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communicator with an engaging, candidate-first approach.
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
