Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland (3 days in office). Fluency in both verbal and written German and/or Italian is an essential requirement.

Salary: 8,700 PLN starting minimum.

What you will do

• Conduct compliance monitoring of business lines, evaluating findings and following up on recommendations for change.
• Lead and execute substantive deep dives into high-risk business areas.
• Monitor the Group’s compliance with relevant regulatory obligations and staff conduct.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments, identifying control gaps and recommending enhancements.
• Manage Compliance-related projects and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate information circulation between the Central Compliance Assurance Team and Local Offices.

Requirements

• Fluency in both verbal and written English.
• Fluency in both verbal and written German and/or Italian is an an essential requirement.
• Experience in Compliance, Audit, Internal Audit, or Risk, preferably in FinTech or financial institutions.
• Good understanding of financial markets, products, and FCA regulations.
• Inquisitive and analytical approach to problem solving with decisive judgment.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to department discussions.
