What you will do
- Develop and execute personal sales strategies congruent with market analyses and targets.
- Generate leads through necessary channels and build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Build strong prospect/customer relationships and lead effective sales presentations.
- Reply to requests for proposal with high-quality responses within defined timelines.
- Prepare, update, and manage opportunity status in Hubspot, aiming to deliver bookings according to forecast.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of products and articulate their value in individual or group settings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software or institutional sales management.
- Demonstrated strength in “hunter” sales, including prospecting activities.
- Extensive understanding of local government (County & Municipal) sales cycles.
- Superior oral and written skills in English.
- Strong business development experience and experience successfully carrying a sales quota.
- Ability to work in a team and be hands-on with customers.
