What you will do

• Drive payment solutions integration, vendor management, and operationalization initiatives.
• Lead cross-team collaboration for rollout, reporting, and solution improvement.
• Manage critical programs and projects, coordinating logistics and resources.
• Collaboratively define scope, set goals, and track progress with stakeholders.
• Provide enterprise-level reporting for senior and executive leadership.
• Work with global teams to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ Years of experience in program or project management.
• 2+ Years of experience creating and driving large-scale technology and data-driven Program Management transformation plans.
• Advanced knowledge of business applications including MSFT Office Suite, Power BI, SharePoint, and SalesForce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Demonstrated expertise in Program Management delivery, risk management, and process improvement.
