What you will do

• Manage, track, and report on hirify.global's software release efforts in collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and Business teams.
• Act as the product team's subject matter release expert and drive prioritization with squads.
• Communicate all critical project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and creative partners to ensure timely capabilities launch readiness.
• Coordinate the creation of detailed release notes, runbooks, and platform architecture diagrams.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Release Management or Agile methodologies.
• 1+ years of experience facilitating software delivery projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Teams, and Power BI.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English).

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, Lean).
