What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for platform capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of platform product managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align platform investments with enterprise goals.
• Oversee the development of platform features supporting multi-tenant architectures and integration frameworks.
• Ensure platform solutions meet high standards for availability, performance, and security.
• Drive platform capabilities for modern DevOps workflows and advocate for data governance.

Requirements

• 20+ years of product management experience in technology, with 10+ years in platform product management.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade platform solutions and leading product teams.
• Strong background in B2B platform development, including API ecosystems and infrastructure services.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Good understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and observability tools.
• Bachelor/Master's degree in engineering or Computer Science, and an MBA or equivalent.
