Location: Onsite in Sydney, Australia or Australian Capital Territory, Australia, with required travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution or workaround for customer technical issues.
• Serve as a customer advocate, facilitating issue escalation within internal organizations.
• Proactively identify issues by understanding customer technical and business environments.
• Form strong business relationships with customers at various organizational levels.
• Share knowledge by writing technical documents and sending helpful technical information to customers.
• Assist in implementing solutions according to hirify.global’s Best Practice and interact with hirify.global Customer Support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in relevant technologies and customer environments, specifically in a high-tech or software company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• In-depth understanding of Linux Operating System and Containerization/Container Orchestration Technologies.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in independently implementing Linux solutions, with a preference for hirify.global products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle tense situations.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry qualifications.
• Certifications such as Certified Linux Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Developer.
