Account Director (CCaaS & AI Sales): Driving strategic enterprise sales of CCaaS and AI-powered customer experience solutions in Turkey with an accent on accelerating cloud adoption and AI transformation. Focus on leading complex sales cycles with C-level executives and building a robust pipeline in the Turkish market.

Location: Must be based in Turkey, specifically Istanbul (Flexible).

What you will do

  • Achieve revenue targets for CCaaS and AI offerings across an assigned portfolio of Turkish enterprise accounts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to closure, engaging C-level leaders.
  • Position AI-driven automation, conversational AI, and digital routing within the Turkish market.
  • Identify new enterprise opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partner collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Turkish system integrators and partners to drive co-selling motions.
  • Guide customers through transformation journeys, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software or cloud sales experience.
  • Proven success selling into major Turkish enterprises.
  • Strong existing network of executive-level relationships within the Turkish business landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed multi-million-dollar quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English.
  • High business acumen, with the ability to build ROI models and digital transformation narratives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multinational SaaS or CCaaS providers operating in Turkey.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks related to data residency, cloud adoption, and contact center operations.
  • Strong partner relationships with leading Turkish SIs, telcos, and consulting firms.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
