What you will do
- Achieve revenue targets for CCaaS and AI offerings across an assigned portfolio of Turkish enterprise accounts.
- Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to closure, engaging C-level leaders.
- Position AI-driven automation, conversational AI, and digital routing within the Turkish market.
- Identify new enterprise opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partner collaboration.
- Collaborate with Turkish system integrators and partners to drive co-selling motions.
- Guide customers through transformation journeys, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software or cloud sales experience.
- Proven success selling into major Turkish enterprises.
- Strong existing network of executive-level relationships within the Turkish business landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English.
- High business acumen, with the ability to build ROI models and digital transformation narratives.
Nice to have
- Experience with multinational SaaS or CCaaS providers operating in Turkey.
- Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks related to data residency, cloud adoption, and contact center operations.
- Strong partner relationships with leading Turkish SIs, telcos, and consulting firms.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
