What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for the hirify.global Falcon platform and associated applications.
• Assist customers with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform and integrating hirify.global into existing tools.
• Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises.
• Utilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with Falcon deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience in computer and network systems security.
• Solid analytical/problem-solving skills and capability to identify solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Endpoint Security solutions (e.g., Falcon platform, AV, EDR).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch scripting.
• Experience with Software Deployment tools like SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of Host-based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, or Vulnerability Management.
• Familiarity with Compliance standards such as CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, or HIPAA.
• Experience with Database technologies like SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, or LogScale.
• Understanding of Identity systems including Active Directory, Azure-AD, or SSO.
• Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
