GTM People Partner Lead

Location: San Francisco, California, New York, New York. This role requires in-office work on Mondays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days.

Salary: $270,000–$320,000 per year (for roles based in San Francisco or New York City).

What you will do

• Lead and develop the global GTM People Partner team, establishing operating rhythms and shared standards.
• Act as a trusted partner to Staff GTM leadership on org design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
• Drive talent planning, performance management, and org health outcomes.
• Ensure global consistency in People Partnering principles while honoring regional context and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in People Partnering or HRBP leadership, including leading teams.
• Proven track record of developing People Partners.
• Deep experience partnering with GTM organizations (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.) in fast-scaling environments.
• Experience building GTM orgs for scale (team design, hiring plans, leadership bench).
• Strong craft in org design, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Comfort operating at the Staff/Executive level, influencing senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience leading globally distributed People Partner teams.
• Experience partnering across multiple geographies (e.g., US + EMEA + APAC).
• Strong cross-functional fluency with Legal and Finance in high-stakes people decisions.
