What you will do

• Provide analysis and design support for data-related projects and enhancements across SDLC environments.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support SQL Server databases and SSIS data integration solutions.
• Partner with technology and business teams to deliver solutions aligned with performance, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Participate in planning and execution of database and data services incremental change initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding timelines, expectations, deliverables, and ongoing support.
• Contribute to data architecture improvements and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Database Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Solid understanding of database design and development, data integration, ETL processes, SDLC methodologies, and production support.
• Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of compliance, security, and data governance principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting financial services or banking systems.
• Background in analytics, operational reporting, or enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technology and business teams.
