What you will do

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, implementation, and steering of influencer campaigns from initial idea to final reporting.
• Stay abreast of market trends, identify competitor and content trends using hirify.global Analytics tools, and select suitable influencers for future collaborations.
• Monitor campaign performance against relevant KPIs such as engagement rate and reach, produce clear and insightful reports, and translate findings into actionable optimizations.
• Build and nurture sustainable relationships with influencers and their management, negotiate contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.

Requirements

• Proven experience independently executing influencer campaigns from start to finish, with a strong understanding of how to effectively coordinate clients, agencies, and creators.
• Ability to quickly grasp client briefings, develop innovative creative concepts, and translate them into compelling proposals for our clients.
• You present your ideas confidently, communicate clearly with all stakeholders, and ensure everyone is always aligned and informed.
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement, you bring fresh ideas for campaign optimization and genuinely enjoy driving initiatives forward.
• Fluent in English, both in conversation and for creating and delivering compelling presentations.
