What you will do
- Drive accelerated growth in the UK region through consistent partner engagement strategies.
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of net new partners, including HR Consultancies and HRIS experts.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for managing and growing a portfolio of partner accounts.
- Organize and host partner engagement and marketing activities to deepen partner relationships.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and their clients.
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of Partner Management experience in a high growth SaaS environment
- Direct experience in the UK region
- Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle and owning a pipe gen or revenue target
- Proven ability to develop effective partner engagement strategies
- Experience working with partner marketing for defining and executing joint partner marketing measures
- Willingness to travel as required
