What you will do

• Leading the concept art team: task distribution, regular feedback, quality and deadline control, performance evaluation, and ongoing communication.
• Creating concepts for in-game content (2D concepts and texturing directly on a 3D base).
• Process optimization: documentation writing, R&D, and implementing new approaches to concept art workflows.

Requirements

• Confident use of 2D software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead 2D Artist in the game industry.
• Strong drawing and visualization skills.
• Deep understanding of composition and color theory.
• Knowledge of the specifics, requirements, and trends of the football games market (EA Sports FC 24, eFootball, etc.).
• English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing documentation.
• Up-to-date portfolio (ArtStation / Behance).

Nice to have

• Art-related education.
• Experience with 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, Maya).
• Experience working with Unreal Engine 5.
• Experience with texturing (Substance Painter).
• Experience working with outsourcing teams and the ability to parallelize processes and feedback for both internal and external teams.
