What you will do
- Manage daily interactions and proactively engage with the audience.
- Create high-quality daily content and oversee its distribution across various social media platforms.
- Partner with web and audiovisual teams to design and execute integrated social media measurement strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external multipliers, including influencers and content creators.
- Utilize social analytics tools to gather and interpret data.
- Continuously refine and optimize social media strategies based on data-driven evidence and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Communication or related fields and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to research complex topics and translate difficult policy language into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
- Demonstrated creativity with a portfolio of original strategies and high-performing digital content.
- Proficiency in using professional social media monitoring, listening, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of EU affairs and the current priority topics of the European Commission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
