Location: Hybrid, primarily US-based with up to 20% travel for customer and company meetings.

What you will do

• Maintain expert-level proficiency in Cato products and the SASE landscape, independently implementing solutions.
• Develop meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders, providing consultative technical guidance.
• Assist customers with configuration, implementation, and expansion of Cato SASE services and functions.
• Provide ongoing guidance on product and service updates to facilitate enhancement implementation and drive value.
• Coordinate ongoing enablement of Cato SASE features with customer IT departments and partners.
• Facilitate support tickets to ensure proper prioritization and timely resolution of platform issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as an engineer in a multi-vendor IT infrastructure environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network routing (BGP, OSPF) and switching.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., consulting, professional services) for a high-tech software or technology vendor.
• Hands-on experience in one or more security domains: Firewalls, Proxy Services, Secure Web Gateway, CASB, DLP, RBI, Identity & Privilege Management Integration (SSO, SAML, SCIM, LDAP), Intrusion Prevention Systems, Networking Packet Analysis.
• Experience implementing and/or managing network infrastructure with major public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid command of the English language (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Relevant industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, CISSP).
• Exposure to web-based APIs and scripting languages.
• Additional language skills beyond English.
