What you will do
- Own and grow the book of business for hirify.global’s Maritime products within the EMEA region.
- Manage and develop a global team of 3 Sales Specialists.
- Ensure the team develops and acts on defined Territory plans.
- Manage commercial pipelines for your team and yourself to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Gather insights on products and competitors directly from clients.
- Support cross-functional teams and collaborate on contracts and terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong experience in SaaS Sales roles in the maritime space.
- Experience working for technology/data vendors.
- 5+ years experience in a commercial role, with 2-3 years in a management role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English required.
