Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Contributing to hirify.global's mission by understanding client and business needs to devise scalable solutions and develop optimal user journeys for institutional investment strategies. Focus on designing enterprise-grade web and mobile client experiences on hirify.global Prime, working closely with product management, engineering, and operations to tackle complex problems.

Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

Salary: $180,370—$212,200 USD

What you will do

• Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy.
• Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation to final production.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and peers to help define and execute on the product roadmap.
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive for clients.
• Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide feedback on design work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Design experience.
• Exemplary product thinking abilities, solutions oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
• Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users.
• Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Interest in crypto and/or financial products.

Nice to have

• Design experience working on TradFi products.
