What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for users via email and Discord, providing thoughtful and empathetic support.
- Actively engage in the Discord community, answering questions and clarifying product behavior.
- Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and communicate problems to the product and engineering teams.
- Help define and improve support operations, workflows, and internal documentation.
- Scale support through improved processes, tooling, and automation.
Requirements
- Experience in a user-facing support, community, or customer experience role for a B2C product.
- Experience managing or moderating online communities, especially Discord-based.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
- User-first mindset and proactive approach to owning and improving workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience working at creative tooling, AI, or design-focused companies.
- Experience using Krea.
