TL;DR

Customer Success Team Manager: Leading and coaching a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, value realization, and satisfaction for low to medium-tier customer segments, with an accent on improving gross revenue retention and organic growth. Focus on creating scalable, data-driven processes and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while identifying growth opportunities.

Location: Must be based in Tunis for a hybrid work format.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers in Tunisia.
  • Drive initiatives to improve gross revenue retention and organic growth.
  • Collaborate on establishing new customer success processes and self-service content.
  • Conduct Customer Business Reviews, turning customer data into business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for additional suite modules and support Account Management.
  • Monitor at-risk customers and collaborate across departments on mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Consulting) and 1–3 years in people leadership or team management.
  • Experience creating, implementing, or maintaining customer success processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
  • Strong communication skills, solid understanding of business processes, and a commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to identify customer pain points and uncover growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Freshdesk, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
