Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding and provide consultative support.
• Collaborate with internal groups to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Educate and train clients on product features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
• Manage technical and program issues to ensure operational excellence and timely resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and exceed client satisfaction by thoroughly evaluating requests and providing mutually beneficial solutions.
• Provide management with status reports detailing project status and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer/client service position.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, with technical capabilities preferred.
• Proficient in English & French, both written and verbal required.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment, as well as with ConnectWise, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and/or JIRA preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
