What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery across client engagements, planning and managing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
  • Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
  • Support quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, forecasting, and delivery reporting using OKRs and metrics.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and expectations in a consultancy context.
  • Support business change and end-user adoption of new platforms and ways of working.
  • Enable teams through pragmatic use of Scrum and Kanban practices and champion agile principles.

Requirements

  • Strong delivery and programme management experience in digital or technology consultancies.
  • Proven delivery of software products in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and external partners.
  • Confident engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior clients.
  • Experience with quarterly planning, roadmaps, OKRs, and delivery metrics.
  • Ability to lead distributed teams and deliver outcomes in remote environments.
