What you will do

• Ensure seamless database operations across various environments.
• Conduct rigorous performance testing and SQL script approval.
• Maintain database availability and performance within top-tier SLAs.
• Proactively monitor and optimize server performance.
• Resolve complex database challenges independently and implement upgrades.
• Maintain rigorous database access control and ensure robust backup operations.
• Engage in strategic capacity and architecture planning.
• Conduct disaster recovery tests to ensure resilience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience administering databases.
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven track record in SQL Server Clustering, Replication and High Availability.
• Experience in SQL Server database performance tuning.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating legacy systems.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
