What you will do
- Drive app growth initiatives across organic and paid channels.
- Improve App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research and metadata.
- Support planning, optimization, and analysis of paid app campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns).
- Monitor performance and user behavior using analytics and attribution tools.
- Use modern growth tools and automation to scale testing.
- Track competitors and market trends.
Requirements
- Professional experience in app growth, performance marketing, ASO, or paid user acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Hands-on experience with app growth and ASO tools, as well as analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, and attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Practical exposure to paid app marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
- Excellent level of English is essential; German is a plus.
- Practical experience using AI / GenAI tools.
