TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Drive business growth by engaging with potential prospects, building relationships, and closing product sales for a cloud-based payment processing platform with an accent on tailored virtual demonstrations, strategic sales approach, and in-depth product knowledge. Focus on identifying and validating sales opportunities, maintaining deep market knowledge, and consistently meeting monthly booking goals.

Location: 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Salary: $50,000 USD. This role is eligible for a commission plan.

hirify.global is a global platform providing cloud-based SaaS solutions with embedded payments to small and medium-sized businesses across various everyday life verticals.

What you will do

  • Deliver tailored virtual product demonstrations to prospects based on their specific needs.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Managers, Sales Success, and Marketing.
  • Develop relationships with new prospects via phone, email, professional networking, and social media.
  • Maintain deep market knowledge, staying current on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet monthly booking number goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
  • 2 years of SaaS environment and/or related sales experience.
  • 2 years of experience working in Salesforce.com or other CRM.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Internet, and basic math skills.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of success in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong interest in Fintech.
  • Skilled in prospecting, online research, and delivering virtual product demonstrations.
