Salary: $184,800-$261,500 plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity.

What you will do

• Define, create, and deliver Dolby’s IP Security vision and value proposition.
• Drive consensus across multiple stakeholder teams in order to obtain buy-in from those groups on proposed solutions.
• Champion cross functional stakeholder efforts to better predict contingent outcomes from both the customer and market competitive perspectives.
• Create and maintain a forward looking IP Security technology strategy.
• Define the IP Security requirements and longer-term roadmaps, ensuring Dolby’s IP is secure and protected in our partner implementations.
• Drive the IP Security engineering teams to deliver these security controls using agile methodology, and be adaptable to changes in the market or in the internal environment.

Requirements

• MS/BS in Computer Science, or other related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience is required.
• Able to think strategically and tactically with business results in mind.
• Wide-ranging knowledge of IP protection and security landscape.
• In-depth knowledge of the hardware and software mechanisms available in embedded and consumer devices.
• Strong ability to navigate internal and external partners, build relationships and trust in a team environment.
