What you will do

• Manage the entire life cycle of big events from sales and legal contract signing to final closing.
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams.
• Oversee and coordinate tasks across different departments to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is in place to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and German are required.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused mindset with the ability to identify problems and create resolutions.
• Ability to coordinate other departments and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
• Capable of handling large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.

• Event experience.
• Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram.
