What you will do

• Design and develop scalable Go backend services primarily using Kubernetes.
• Build AI and cloud services to support client needs.
• Implement event-driven architectures using messaging systems.
• Maintain and build upon existing services code.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Professional experience with Go and building services on Kubernetes with a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures.
• Comfortable designing and implementing event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ).
• Demonstrable skill in leveraging Agentic AI throughout the SDLC.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, containerisation (Docker), and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with NATS (Core NATS, JetStream) for messaging and event streaming.
• Python experience for scripting, tooling, or ML-adjacent work.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU computing, or model serving (e.g., vLLM, Triton, Ray).
