TL;DR

Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (IT & DEX Solutions): Delivering engaging product demonstrations and designing customized solutions for hirify.global's IT and DEX product portfolio with an accent on technical expertise and understanding customer pain points. Focus on leading proof-of-value engagements and partnering with sales teams throughout the sales cycle.

Location: Remote, USA. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

  • Become a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s IT and DEX product portfolio.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars.
  • Design and propose customized solutions based on customer needs.
  • Lead Proof of Value (POV/POC) and pilot engagements.
  • Partner with sales teams and respond to RFx documents.
  • Provide feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms.
  • Experience with SaaS applications (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability tools).
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
