What you will do
- Become a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s IT and DEX product portfolio.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars.
- Design and propose customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Lead Proof of Value (POV/POC) and pilot engagements.
- Partner with sales teams and respond to RFx documents.
- Provide feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms.
- Experience with SaaS applications (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability tools).
- Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
