TL;DR

CRM Executive (Marketing): Supporting the use of CRM as a growth engine by driving performance across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels with an accent on data-driven experimentation, sophisticated segmentation, and customer-first communication. Focus on designing and executing high-impact campaigns, owning AB tests, and leveraging data tools to identify optimization and growth opportunities.

What you will do

  • Design and execute high-impact campaigns for lead conversion, reactivation, and retention.
  • Work with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to leverage Email, SMS, Push, and In-App as performance channels.
  • Write high-impact copy based on customer funnel and journey stages, while building automated flows and emails.
  • Own and run AB tests across all CRM channels, funnel, and journey stages to optimize campaign performance and improve CVR.
  • Leverage tools like Looker, Metabase, and Mixpanel to track campaign and funnel performance.
  • Work alongside Lifecycle Marketing Managers to launch trigger-based campaigns using customer behaviour data.

Requirements

  • Experience in designing and building high-performance CRM and email campaigns with customer-first copy.
  • Ability to build and optimize experiments that improve CVR, retention rates, LTV, and CAC.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills for crafting high-converting messaging.
  • Comfortable running AB tests and experiments to drive commercial impact.
  • Experience using and building in CRM platforms like Customer.io.
  • Work format: Hybrid in London

Nice to have

  • Experience building HTML emails.
  • Experience in DTC, healthtech, or consumer startups.
