TL;DR

Technology Sales Executive (HCM): Partnering with clients and prospects to maximize benefits of an HCM platform, building strong relationships, and identifying growth opportunities with an accent on understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and closing sales. Focus on acting as a subject matter expert in HCM solutions, providing strategic guidance, and consistently achieving sales quotas.

Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only)

Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 /yr

What you will do

  • Partner with clients and prospects to maximize the benefits of the HCM platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and field sales associates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technology products and applications.
  • Understand client and prospect needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Present hirify.global products, conduct demonstrations, and prepare proposals to close ancillary business.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on maximizing product value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B IT solutions.
  • Self-driven, ambitious professional with a desire to consistently meet and exceed assigned quotas.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong active listening skills to uncover client needs and objectives.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively present hirify.global.
  • Proficiency with the Internet and MS Office applications.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling MDM, Identity Management solutions, or other IT related solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT products such as Google, Azure, SSO, Cloud services, Workflow automation, Endpoint security software, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or SPIN method sales.
