What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional AI product engineering team, owning strategy and execution for multiple Copilot experiences.
• Drive technical direction and product evolution for the AI stack, inference backend, and user-facing AI products.
• Interface with AI Research and Model Training teams to align on model capabilities, evaluation, and productionization.
• Oversee infrastructure, on-call rotations, and operational processes.
• Act as a player-coach, contributing 50% hands-on engineering (evals, testing, debugging, inference stack).

Requirements

• 4–7 years of Engineering Management experience.
• Recent hands-on engineering experience (within 5 years) in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Background in B2B SaaS product development.
• Demonstrated interest and experience working directly with AI/ML products.
• Strong communication skills and leadership presence in a distributed team.
• Must be based in the United States.
