• Drive full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
• Proactively source and engage top talent using platforms like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Influence and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
• Share talent market insights to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.
• Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers on calibration and selection practices.
• Ensure operational excellence through clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with depth in technical domains (Engineering, ML).
• Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to work 3 days a week onsite in San Mateo, CA.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.
• Strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and inform strategy.
