Focus on evangelizing solutions, managing partner portfolios for sales and marketing goals, and developing best practices for channel engagement.

Location: Based in the Middle East with up to 50% travel required. The company has a presence in Dubai.

What you will do

  • Define and execute a Middle East channel recruitment strategy, identifying, onboarding, and enabling distribution partners and VARs.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-performing channel partners to achieve sales objectives and marketing activities.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all partner related activity within your sales regions.
  • Develop best practices to engage with channel partners, escalate issues, and set clear expectations.
  • Develop partner-specific account plans including annual & quarterly goals and marketing support.
  • Help with recruitment, training, and on-boarding of new partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience within channel partnerships, sales, marketing, or business development.
  • 5+ years of channel sales/management experience in the SaaS space.
  • Ability to create and present business plans, track program progress, and develop program guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of security and SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
