Fullstack Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing complete interactive web applications including frontend UI, backend services, programmatic task generation, and automated validation systems with an accent on developing robust, scalable web environments. Focus on designing highly polished UIs, creating clean API endpoints, and ensuring high code quality and testability.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US (excluding Wyoming and Illinois). Visa sponsorship is not available. Expected to work 9:00am - 5:30pm PST for the first two weeks of training, then 9:00am - 5:30pm in own timezone.

Salary: $35/hour – $100/hour

What you will do

• Build high-quality, interactive sandbox UIs with exceptional polish and user experience.
• Develop robust backend services to power the applications.
• Programmatically generate tasks and implement reliable validation logic for task completion.
• Take full ownership of the development process for creating polished, functional, and scalable web environments.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with React.js (hooks, modern state management).
• Strong professional experience building backend services in one or more of the following languages: Python, Go, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript/Node.js, Rust, or C.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker required).
• Strong front-end design skills and exceptionally high taste in UI/UX, polish, and visual detail.
• Proven ability to design a relational database schema and populate it with large-scale, realistic mock data.
• Experience creating and exposing clean, well-documented API endpoints (REST or GraphQL).
• Exceedingly high standards for code quality, readability, testing, and front-end craftsmanship.
• Extensive day-to-day experience using coding agents / AI assistants as a power user (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, Grok, Aider, etc.).

• Experience with Docker Compose/Kubernetes.
• Possess strong logical reasoning skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
