TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (LATAM): Building and executing high-impact marketing programs and events for Spanish-speaking LATAM countries with an accent on driving promotion, attendance, and pipeline generation. Focus on developing innovative in-person marketing programs and building successful partnerships with sales and leadership teams.

Location: This role will be remote, and based in Mexico City. Approximately 40% travel is anticipated.

What you will do

  • Execute high-impact campaigns and event management for live and virtual events.
  • Develop innovative in-person marketing programs to drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various marketing and sales teams.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team on marketing programs.
  • Analyze event metrics and provide insights to sales for deeper penetration.
  • Manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, including corporate events.
  • Experience in end-to-end program ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and enjoy teamwork.
  • Metrically driven with a passion to analyze data.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo.
  • Technically savvy and experience with cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, devices, and mobility.
