Location: Hybrid working model in the UK, requiring a minimum of 50% of working time per month in the office (Manchester, London, or Bristol). New team members will have an initial period full-time in the office.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning of design initiatives, influencing decision-making at senior levels.
• Design seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Remain hands-on in design, leading by example and contributing to design guidelines and component libraries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and nurture team collaboration.
• Make informed and strategic decisions, balancing user needs, business considerations, and creative goals.
• Design and oversee comprehensive usability testing processes using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a UX role.
• Expert in prototyping software like Figma.
• Deep understanding of user psychology and accessibility expertise.
• Experience in guiding other team members.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas, rationales, and strategies.
• Strong passion for solving complex problems.
