What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan aligned to customer business objectives, industry dynamics, and hirify.global’ growth goals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new business units and brands, expanding hirify.global’ presence and influence.
- Collaborate closely with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and GSIs to drive co-sell motions and scale adoption.
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction and guiding successful commercial negotiations.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding client expectations & internal KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a global account management role, leading a large cross functional team, within the technology industry.
- Consistent quota over-achievement, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Proven experience selling enterprise software platforms to large, complex organisations.
- Strong ownership of executive-level client relationships and the ability to operate credibly at C-suite level.
- Solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape with prior technology or SaaS sales experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with client stakeholders.
