What you will do

• Support the Marketing Manager on day-to-day efforts to build marketing campaigns, including social/digital first outputs.
• Build engagement plans to support growth in players on the free-to-play game, working closely with the Betting and Gaming team.
• Work closely with the Integrated Campaign Manager to support paid competitions, driving engagement and revenue.
• Support the CRM Lead on building engagement plans for listeners and players.

Requirements

• Passion for sport and building engagement with a sport-loving audience.
• Digital-first mindset with ideas on how to reach an audience on social and digital platforms.
• Creatively curious with an ambitious mindset to challenge creative agencies.
• Proactive and able to pivot at pace in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of technical tools and systems such as Adobe.
• Must study towards a Level 3 Marketing qualification.
