TL;DR

Product Associate (Product Management): Supporting the full product lifecycle across internal and client-facing platforms with an accent on analyzing business requests, refining product requirements, and conducting market research. Focus on translating operational needs into technical requirements and assisting with early-stage product discovery.

Location: Hybrid in Larnaca, Cyprus (2 days working from home).

What you will do

• Support the full product lifecycle across core product areas (Trading, Affiliate, Payments, Copy Trading, Onboarding) and resolve inquiries from business users.
• Assist Product Managers in analyzing business requests, customer feedback, and user behavior to support data-informed decisions.
• Help refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Translate operational and business needs into structured technical requirements for development teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support early-stage product discovery activities, including outlining feature concepts, drafting user flows, and preparing low-fidelity wireframes.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in online business, product management, projects, or a related environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English: B2 required (resumes must be in English).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• A proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and grow into future product leadership roles.
