What you will do

• Provide friendly, precise 1st line support via our ticketing system, video calls and phone calls.
• Responsible for the care of our rest of world customers on minimum two product lines, resolving issues, answering questions, and listening to their feedback.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and the internal product referent, working closely with other customer-facing departments (sales, customer success, tech and product team).
• Work on side projects (Help Center, Internal Knowledge Base) to develop yourself, the support team, and the whole company.
• Provide feedback to ultimately make us the best software.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer care/client-facing role.
• Are (near) Native Dutch and fluent in English
• Possessing strong technical skills is highly advantageous.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for consistently providing a great customer experience.
• Have a customer-centric approach and a team player & collaborative attitude.
• Are adaptable and eager to develop.
