What you will do

• Understand game economy to drive growth and improve player happiness, including pricing strategies and balancing.
• Explore player segmentation based on behavior and motivation theories.
• Define and build simulations and predictive models for optimal player experience.
• Increase game economy insights and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the field of game economy.
• Good understanding of behavioural economics and motivational theories.
• Experience in predictive analytics and segmentation.
• Proven understanding of SQL.
• Great personal communication skills.
• Work authorization for Spain required without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Solid grasp of numerical simulation methods (such as Monte Carlo, Metropolis-Hastings).
• Intermediate Python or R.
