What you will do
- Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process, from identifying customer pain to proving solutions.
- Work closely with assigned sellers, co-owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory.
- Develop territory plans, participate in sales calls, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value / Proof of Concept sessions with customer technical teams.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working.
- Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer (or similar role) at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Strong technical depth - ideally spanning APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience guiding customers through complex sales cycles.
- Ability to translate between technical detail and business outcomes with clarity and confidence.
- Fluency in the local language of the market you cover plus English.
- A structured, calm approach to problem-solving, even in high-pressure situations.
Nice to have
- Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.
