TL;DR

Web and Product Designer (Fintech): Maintaining the website, creating landing pages and promotional materials, as well as designing interfaces for hirify.global’s internal products (web interfaces and user dashboards) with an accent on brand's look & feel and communicating meaning through visuals. Focus on working with an existing design system, keeping layouts up to date and participating in refactoring.

What you will do

• Maintain the website and create landing pages and promotional materials.
• Design interfaces for hirify.global’s internal products, including web interfaces and user dashboards.
• Maintain the brand’s look & feel across all designs.
• Participate in refactoring the existing design system.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in web and/or product design.
• Confident use of Figma and experience with components and Auto Layout.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Strong visual skills and understanding of web interfaces and product UX.
• Ability to explain design decisions and accept feedback.
• Native Russian speaker
• English level B1: able to understand documentation and participate in meetings.
• Workday should start no later than 2 PM (GMT+8)/7 AM (CET)

Nice to have

• Basic motion design skills: UI animations, micro-interactions, Lottie.
• Basic 3D skills.
