What you will do

• Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure of the Bangalore office.
• Deliver first-level technical support for employees and customers.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and manage stock levels.
• Coordinate the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of IT equipment.
• Configure and maintain network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft-based enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Experience in managing user accounts, access rights, and IT security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a service-oriented mindset.
