What you will do
- Own and develop key customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and leading customer communication.
- Support delivery execution by collaborating with Client Delivery Lead and technical teams.
- Provide high-level technical guidance on the hirify.global platform, translating technical concepts to business context.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities impacting delivery, adoption, and customer success.
- Drive platform adoption, value realisation, and customer satisfaction, supporting renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Mentor Account Managers and contribute to best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS environments.
- Experience managing complex, long-term customer relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management and senior customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to understand IT systems, technical concepts, and SaaS delivery models.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
