What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for a regional client division, shaping commercial strategies using analytics and data-driven insights.
• Manage programs, standardize project management, and develop strategic insights aligned with customer needs.
• Design and manage analytics/reporting platforms for agile and secure access to timely insights.
• Create actionable metrics for field sales, marketing, brand, and digital ops managers, delivering KPI reports.
• Establish a Centre of Excellence for knowledge sharing, adoption acceleration, and fostering passion in data insight and visualization.

Requirements

• Post Graduation in health care data analytics (M. Pharm/MS/ Mtech)/ Engineering from the premier institution, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 10-12 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and services in business intelligence and analytics.
• Strong thought leadership and strategic thinking skills, with ability to identify business issues and frame business questions.
• Proficient with reporting and dashboarding with analytical tools such as, MS office suite, SQL, ETL, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
