Location: Primary workspaces in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda (Lithuania) and Riga (Latvia). For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. For Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role. Opportunity to work 2 months from anywhere in the world.

Salary: €4,500–€5,500 gross/month.

• Lead development of fast, scalable digital applications and conversion funnel websites using TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Own architectural decisions and set direction for frontend development across various apps and web experiences.
• Collaborate with backend, product, marketing, and UX teams to deliver seamless user journeys.
• Delegate tasks, mentor engineers, and support team growth.
• Continuously improve codebase quality, performance, and team productivity.
• Champion knowledge-sharing, best practices, and high performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Confidence building UI with Tailwind CSS and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Ability to design and evolve frontend architecture for applications and marketing websites.
• Lead by example and delegate effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align goals, timelines, and funnel optimization efforts.
• Take full ownership of your work — from planning to deployment.
