What you will do
- Log and address tickets efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Engage with customers professionally and amicably.
- Contribute to Technical Support, Bug Investigations, and Knowledge Base Articles.
- Participate in Onboarding, Migrations, and Bespoke Template work.
- Prioritise teamwork and taking ownership of tickets until resolution.
Requirements
- Experience of database use (preferably SQL Server).
- Experience working in customer service in an IT environment.
- Experience in using and supporting Windows OS and Windows Office applications.
- Experience in dealing with customers face-to-face, online, or by telephone.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking and decision-making skills.
