QA Analyst (Automation)

What you will do

• Design, execute, and automate test cases, identifying problems and implementing test automation capabilities.
• Ensure products meet quality standards, are free of defects, and set up effective quality processes.
• Define and monitor quality standards for processes and products, aligned with organisational and customer requirements.
• Collect and analyse test data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and report them to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality goals into the development process.

Requirements

• Knowledge of software development processes and testing tools, including automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems, dissect problems, and find solutions.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch (verbal and written) and a working knowledge of English.
• Experience in supervising user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Experience documenting test plans, test cases, and defects.

Nice to have

• Experience with AzureDevOps and SQL.
• Experience in the energy market.
